Fresh-to-dry ratio
Lion’s Mane has a 1:10 fresh-to-dry ratio, meaning ten parts fresh mushroom are needed to produce one part dried mushroom. This helps explain how much raw mushroom material is represented once natural moisture is removed.
How much mushroom is in the tincture?
Each 50 ml bottle contains approximately 6,050 mg of dried Lion’s Mane mushroom extract, equivalent to around 30,250 mg of fresh mushroom. This reflects the amount of raw mushroom material used to produce the finished tincture.
Extraction process
We use a triple-extraction process combining water extraction, alcohol extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction uses sound waves to help gently break down the mushroom’s structure during processing, supporting a more complete and efficient extraction. This approach is widely used to support high bioavailability — up to 90% — by helping release naturally occurring compounds more efficiently during extraction.
