Refund & Return Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days for all Medshrum orders in the United Kingdom. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether the item is defective or non-defective — you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unopened and in their original packaging
• In the same condition you received them
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email support@medshrum.com. Once approved, you’ll receive full return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label to download and print.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed and refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
