Shipping Policy

We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected European Union countries.

United Kingdom delivery

UK orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Hampshire using a tracked delivery service.

UK tracked shipping is £4.99 on orders under £50. UK orders of £50 or more qualify for free UK shipping.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually processed the same day. Most UK parcels are delivered within 1 to 3 working days, but please allow extra time during busy periods or courier delays.

Selected EU delivery

We currently ship to the following selected EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Sweden.

EU Standard shipping rates and free-delivery eligibility are calculated in your selected currency at checkout. Charges may vary with the destination, order value and exchange rate. The final delivery charge, including any available free EU Standard shipping, is shown before payment.

EU orders are handled through Shopify Managed Markets. Available shipping options, duties, import taxes and final delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Available carriers may include DHL Express and FedEx, depending on the destination and order details.

Tracking information

You will receive tracking details by email after your parcel has been dispatched. For EU orders, tracking and delivery updates are provided by the carrier selected at checkout.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, additional carrier charges or delays may apply.
