Using the pipette (supplied as part of the lid), you can put the drops directly under your tongue or add them to water or your favourite drink.
On the other hand, powders are made exclusively from the mushroom’s fruiting body, using advanced extraction technology to ensure high levels of bioactive compounds like beta-glucans. They’re versatile and easy to use – simply mix into your coffee, tea, smoothies or recipes to incorporate mushroom wellness seamlessly into your daily routine.
While both options are equally effective, some people prefer powders for their versatility in cooking and smoothies, while others choose tinctures for their precision and convenience.
Can I mix and match different Medshrum products?

You can safely combine 2 or 3 mushrooms at their full daily dosage 2ml each. If you’re exploring more than three, we suggest adjusting the doses to stay around 6ml in total and consulting a qualified medical herbalist for extra guidance.

If you’re looking to boost energy or focus, then using Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane (or both) in the morning is a good time. If you’ve chosen a powder, why not stir it into your cereal, sprinkle it on your porridge, or blend it into a morning smoothie?
With Reishi, due to its relaxing properties and popularity as an aid to sleep, you may prefer to take it in the evening, closer to bedtime.
Can I take Medshrum alongside my current supplements or medications?
We recommend approaching any new supplements with care. Most people experience no side-effects, but some might notice a few mild symptoms as their body initially adapts.
